Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original Stride Rite shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container with the label attached.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
