How do I determine the right shoe size for my child?
We recommend using our printable Fit Tool or our Fit Zone app to accurately measure your child's foot length and width for the perfect fit.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your original shipment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your shoes sooner.
Are Stride Rite shoes machine washable?
Many of our styles are machine washable! Look for the 'Machine Washable' icon on the product page. For these, wash on cold and air dry away from direct heat.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding to international locations soon.
